Not much to like in this organization, Less educated people's are here because they work in less salary... director of company interfere each and every work, company is completely depends on consultants. Their is no basic facilities, poor company premise and work culture, No respect for talent, No perks and benefits, No team building, For increment you have to be favourable in view director and consultants, unwanted HR policies, HR and admins in silvassa don't have experience and they don't know way of talking,No career growth. Work life balance is very worst, Director keep calling employees after working hours, No vision of this company. those peoples working here who don't have any option or any degree.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
