Horrible work culture and systems are old and probably the worst in the industry. Lots of time is wasted in fixing the systems. Somedays you have to work 14-15 hours to fix the systems. Team leader are very talented in micromanagement. They will even question if you status to busy in MS Teams. They pass discriminatory remarks behind you.

Nothing, It's an Old Company with Old People.

Dislikes

No Job Security at all, Old people will judge you based on their old mindset, and ultimately put you in PIP, followed by asking you to put down your papers. Worst!!!

The company has a good reputation in working culture and achieving client level satisfaction

The benefits are very limited as compared other competitive companies and does not provide basic privileges such as outings, team activities etc. Variable pay breakdown is not transparent and highly unmotivating due to unfair work performance evaluation. Furtherly, the management is unbothered by unfair work life balance.
