Degrading women employees, mangers/HR’s demean the employees (specifically women employees) , giving bad remark about resources to different team members , management is confused and dysfunctional, quite a stressful environment.

Dislikes

No Job Security at all, Old people will judge you based on their old mindset, and ultimately put you in PIP, followed by asking you to put down your papers. Worst!!!

The company has a good reputation in working culture and achieving client level satisfaction

The benefits are very limited as compared other competitive companies and does not provide basic privileges such as outings, team activities etc. Variable pay breakdown is not transparent and highly unmotivating due to unfair work performance evaluation. Furtherly, the management is unbothered by unfair work life balance.
