Its the worst culture, there are lots politics going inside the office,even ceo does these things,it was my worst work experience.your 2,3months will be wasted if you are joining there.

Very strong and closely working management, always on toes to hear and help us out, they will work with you on every step for development. They give a lot of positive affirmations and guide us well along, My managers Julian and Heena specially guided me a lot! Forever greateful! Salaries are always done on time, lot of chances for growth!

At times it gets stressful but we have team lunch and huddles which makes it very easy for everyone.

I enjoy having a hybrid work environment, working from home and choosing which days to go to the office. As well the benefits are amazing. I'm so happy with the company in terms of promotions, advancements, flexibility, and benefits. This is the best company I have worked and i feel so happy every day at work

- Target oriented job but lot of training provided, lot of hand holding. - Supporting teammates and team leader - Company policy is very good interms of having everyone included in all decisions - Monthly office team lunch and huddles are fun!

Dislikes

- Sometimes work hours are long and work life balance is hard when targets are not met but this is sales job.
