Nothing, it is the most terrible company to work with, they have no emotions towards employees, the only thing important for them is sale, no humanity nothing matters to them having more the 10 hours of working shifts. Worst work culture to work in and the most pathetic team leads.

Sometimes when your targets aren't achieved, they might will ask you to login early an an hour or half, but i feel that's quite common, my last company had the same thing, i guess sales is like this everywhere. Also their working hours are a bit odd so if you are a early to bed person it won't work for you.

You are a sales person rather that tutor.No growth they will pay you less telling you will learn so many software but you will be a puppet repeating the same thing 4 times a day . No work life balance whole day job they will be luring you by saying they will be giving you no free time in between the classes but senior will be asking you to cover for them or you have to do content . For each sentence they will be threatning you lop (loss of pay). 1 leave a month and sick leave they will never allow you to take.
