Nothing, it is the most terrible company to work with, they have no emotions towards employees, the only thing important for them is sale, no humanity nothing matters to them having more the 10 hours of working shifts. Worst work culture to work in and the most pathetic team leads.

Dislikes

Everything about the company, their only concern is to make revenue irrespective of employee life, they don't allow leaves if any employee apply for leave they simply put double loss of pay to employee. The most worst work cultured company.

Very good work culture, sometimes if you are running low, team managers and leads motivates you and support you. They will even help you if you are missing out on your incentives targets by two or three number. They have weekly training as well for your self-development. Looking forward to grow here

Dislikes

Sometimes when your targets aren't achieved, they might will ask you to login early an an hour or half, but i feel that's quite common, my last company had the same thing, i guess sales is like this everywhere. Also their working hours are a bit odd so if you are a early to bed person it won't work for you.

Work culture is amazing here, even now i am working from home but still i like my job and office people. We eat lunch together online, everyday we have team huddles and refresher training which keeps me motivated throughout the day.

The way the higher management take care of their employees, they way the team motivate us, iam glad to be a part of such a startup, where everything is built from scratch, it's pure talent. Lomos makes thier employees grow along with them, their journey is very inspiring. Very strong and closely working management, always on toes to hear and help us out, they will work with you on every step for development. They give a lot of positive affirmations and guide us well along, My managers Julian and Heena specially guided me a lot! Forever greateful! Salaries are always done on time, lot of chances for growth!

At times it gets stressful but we have team lunch and huddles which makes it very easy for everyone.
