Everything, right from the start. The interview taken are such false commitment. They promise its an Inhouse funding. But reality there is no inhouse. They hire experienced managers to streamline their process, the reason they believed the individuals would manage their department. Reality, they needed someone to be mute, blind and be in bad name. The Manager and above in the organization does not have any authority, they just gave the title/position without power. What is the point of hiring when you want to do as per your need. Further, the managers and above were asked to do work like an agents, if we are suppose to work like agent, then why hire in first place. We need our space to make decision accordingly. Have you ever seen the Managers, Directors and HOD are leaving an organization, this is the only organization on earth where the top level management are willing to leave. The only reason they are leaving due to not been allowed to work as per their experience, knowledge and insights. Its really disappointing to such the way they treat the respective managers and above at the time of leaving its equivalent to cruelty. The Top level managers are not been treated equally in this organization, its pathetic experience. Managers and above were not given for decision making. This is crazy, as per leadership is concern decision making is always as per the managers who handles his department. HR department does not treat the managers and above with respect, instead they have degraded the Manager Infront of their own employees. How is this possible? This only happens in this organization. You know the reason, it is because they does not want to be organized with it comes to professionalism. HR department has given the freedom to the employees who are non productive and encourages them, supports them. Ideally it is the respective department managers decision regarding who fits or not, but HR will decide even if non productive still they must be handled by the managers. How strange? Sadly, this is reality here, no one ever could have come across such experience. Who will be dancing to the HR tunes, obviously the agents and not the Managers and above. As they are busy with their work. Further, external hired Managers were asked to do work like agents, can you believe it. When the Managers does not get the proper resource or authority to make decision what is expected. If any employees who are not capable to do work, the narrative will not be like they are inefficient or incapable. Its the other way round, Managers were informed kindly help those agents who cannot work and allow them the way they are. Only priority or importance given in the organization is to the Sales team despite doing malpractice they are given huge rewards and gifts<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Anyone who is willing to join, they can join in Sales team, where there is no monitoring and if you are not willing to work but can simply be in good books of HR, you will be treated like Kind and all the benefits</mark>. Of course, favoritism will be given. The reason employees have spend more than 2 years they know everything. We all must learn from the employees in this organization how not to work and still get all the benefits, rewards and recognition. Not even a single person here know the meaning of soft skill, the language spoken are abrupt. No respect towards anyone. In fact HR only never respected any Managers and above in the organization then what are we expecting. HR is the only team who is running the show. Problem is not at the bottom, its at the top only due to not having the clarity, vision or ethics. But they are self obsessed, no matter what happens my name must not get involved. Its really disappointing experience. Time is wasted, energy is wasted. Kindly do not hire with false promised and if you do not give any authority there is no point of hiring them.
