I started my professional journey with this company. For someone who is new to the corporate world this is an amazing place to kick start your life. The company is open to innovation, adopts latest technology and has a global client base. The seniors and the peers are cooperative and are always ready with a helping hand.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high at times. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours at a stretch for things to be in their place. There is no on job training for freshers hence it become a little difficult to start off any thing.

Unprofessionalism at its peak Tremendous work pressure Even you need to go to the manager office to ket the keys to open office. Its more like a training institute Seniors here don't know how to talk They will create such atmosphere that you start loosing confidence in yourself During project they behave fine but right after project behaviour changes so that they can fire you as they don't have enough projects . Top management fights infront of employees . If you want to loose yourself and your confidence , and ok to compromise with your mental health for no mistakes of yours pls join here . They will attract you with a very good salary and if you get into the trap ...you are gone . There is many more dislikes but can't write too much here....Read More
