From the outset, it was clear that this company lacked direction and organization. First and foremost, the management was utterly incompetent. They had no clear vision for the projects, constantly changing priorities without any rhyme or reason. This lack of direction led to confusion among the team and ultimately resulted in missed deadlines and subpar deliverables. Additionally, the work culture at LOGIKOOF TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD was toxic. There was a pervasive sense of favoritism, with certain employees receiving preferential treatment while others were left to fend for themselves. This created a divisive atmosphere and hindered collaboration among team members. Furthermore, the company's technology infrastructure was severely outdated. We were expected to work with obsolete tools and software, which not only slowed down productivity but also made it nearly impossible to compete with other companies in the industry. On top of all this, the compensation and benefits were laughable. Despite putting in long hours and sacrificing personal time, employees were not adequately rewarded for their efforts.
