Company tortures employees with Extreme Work Load. And top of that it doesn't bother whether it has recruited Sadist Team Lead who keeps torturing employees. If the Employee wants to leave the job then Company demands employees to pay rs 1 lakh due to its Bond Policy without bothering about Work Torture.
