Relevant Experience - Minimum experience of 2-4 years.

Service Desk Role

• End-user support Onsite & Remote.
• Hardware troubleshooting – Laptops & Desktops
• Mobile device support – iPhones/iPad.
• User account management in Active Directory.
• Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.
• Follow up with End-User to ensure their systems are functional.
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
• Help create technical documentation and manuals.

Common

• Graduation/Diploma in IT, with some knowledge or exposure to Shipping environment a plus
• Technical certificates (CompTIA / Microsoft / Azure) will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and experience of any or all of the following: Windows 10/11/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365 Admin, Microsoft Intune Admin.
• Basic understanding of Cyber Security and techniques to enhance security

Service Desk Role

• Knowledge of ITSM tools – ServiceNow (Preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Antivirus.
• Basic knowledge of multifunctional printers.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and organise day-to-day work
• Manage and take ownership of tickets in Incident reporting systems
• Active participation and contribution to weekly meetings
• Should be flexible working in shifts like: 1st Shift 8 AM to 5 PM & 2nd Shift 10 AM to 7 PM – Monday to Saturday.
