Sr Executive - Talent Acquisition (C2H)

We are currently hiring for the position of Executive - Talent Acquisition / Sr Executive Talent Acquisition (Contract to Hire) to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. We invite interested candidates to either walk in for an interview or share their CVs to annapurna.t@locuz.com.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate
• Skills: Exp in IT sales recruitment & hands on experience on ATS
• Experience: 2 -5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in IT sales hiring.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to effectively source and attract candidates using diverse recruitment methods.
• Passion for IT Sales Recruitment: A genuine interest in IT sales recruitment and contributing to organizational growth.
