Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles in the retail sector, including store staff, management, and corporate positions. You will play a critical role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition:
  
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for retail roles.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Sourcing Strategies:
  
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry events to identify top talent.
• Build relationships with universities, trade schools, and industry organizations to attract entry-level and specialized retail candidates.
• Candidate Experience:
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, personalized interactions, and smooth onboarding processes.
• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the organization’s culture and values to prospective candidates.
• Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on best hiring practices and market trends.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
  
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the retail or consumer-facing industry.

• Soft Skills:
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
