Responsible for end to end hiring process & full-fill Talent requirements of the organization.
Own accountability for TA policies, budget, frameworks & governance.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Reviewing of existing Job Descriptions and re-aligning them according to the needs of the department/organization.
Implement digital marketing strategies and leverage the talent pools to attract and find the best candidates for the job.
To partner with the departments in making a confident and well-informed decision by providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against the Job Requirements.
Should be aware of several kinds of techniques used for selecting the right candidate (e.g. psychometric, MBTI, SWOT, Intelligence Tests, General Aptitude Tests, etc.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in full recruitment cycle from Job Posting to On boarding.
Must have experience in robust selection process (various test methods as applicable for the post and detailed evaluation metrics driven methods)
Post Graduation in HR from a recognized university
