One of the best company to work with, have amazing bosses and seniors. Never woke up with a negative mind of not going to office from the day I joined this organization. We have best team and high class infrastructure alongwith many perks. Best company in my whole 3 years of corporate career.

Dislikes

There is nothing like anything which I dislike. Not saying this because I am working here and I have to be loyal but truly a company with zero negativity nd politics.

Work Details

Worklife is amazing here at LN Webworks. Never felt like i am under pressure or over pressured. Work nd life balance is too there at LN Webworks Pvt Ltd.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
