there's no growth or expansion plan in place for this boutique agency. the control is always with the CEO of the company. there are no proper processes in place. as a team member you can't expect to grow. only two persons in the history of the agency has grown, the CEO and the sales head. joining here will not give you the money northe responsibilities. all the previous employees has used the experience here to make better a network and switch. in case you don't switch and wait for recognition, you'd be a bait for the employee churn. The moment you ask for more money and responsibilities, you'd face mammoth KPIs with a probability for termination.
