The product side is very nice and good work life balance. You can pick up anything to learn and implement. Good managers. Can play carrom and tennis.

People at Linedata, the work culture, flexibility. Working with offices outside India is good. Linedata has a good culture, people outside India are patient, understanding and above average in their fields of expertise.

The culture at the Linedata Mumbai office is poor, Policies are going backwards, while the world moves ahead, for example, they changed the notice period from 2 months to 3 months. Or while you're "WFH" if a manager finds out you were working from outside your home, you would be asked 'Why?'! There is a major shortage of workforce here, and such policies don't help. God help you if you work with an Indian manager, team lead, or director as it can be an absolute nightmare (not always), so I would suggest you check which team you are being hired for. Let's begin with the culture first. It's as toxic as it can be. Then comes the department. QRMO department is the worst when it comes to work as these dipshits themselves don't know what they do and why they do it but they expect the employee to know it all even if he/she is a fresher.
