Let's begin with the culture first. It's as toxic as it can be. Then comes the department. QRMO department is the worst when it comes to work as these dipshits themselves don't know what they do and why they do it but they expect the employee to know it all even if he/she is a fresher. Worked here for sometime but couldn't gel with the team as it was really toxic. Don't credit you for the work you do but will degrade you if there's a small mistake.
