Old technologies is using for work. We can't up-to-date with the market We have to work 12 hours in a day but manager are sitting other end of the globe and our work won't be valued. Manager compares 3 years experience candidates with 12 years experience candidates.

Worst company with worst management, the senior director don't even care about his employees. There is a lot of internal politics in a few clients. No proper training is provided. The senior director does not know a thing about the process. Don't work here please.

Excellent work culture, although not so fair enough pay but, decent appraisal which fairly balances that out. Managers are generally helpful in everything(atleast mine were) no doubts are unresolved.

No proper training provided not best suited for freshers though one can survive by being more inquisitive and egar towards learning different things. Let's begin with the culture first. It's as toxic as it can be. Then comes the department. QRMO department is the worst when it comes to work as these dipshits themselves don't know what they do and why they do it but they expect the employee to know it all even if he/she is a fresher. Worked here for sometime but couldn't gel with the team as it was really toxic. Don't credit you for the work you do but will degrade you if there's a small mistake.
