It is really a terrible company. 1)TWO years bond 2)very poor salary with compared to market standard. 3)No opportunity to learn new technologies that MARKET REQUIRED you will learn dump companies framework. 4)Horrible work/salary policies. 5)can't expect salary increment (pet guys do..) 6)work on their tool/frame-work, which has 'zero' value in market. 7)No other compesation if work on Saturday. 8)Increment is on company's aniversary and not on you 1YR. It was really horrible.... they offered me the salary which might be equivalant to a security gaurd... i was fresher.. new to these thing so i accepted the offer ... thinking that the pay will increase in future.
