It is really a terrible company. 1)TWO years bond 2)very poor salary with compared to market standard. 3)No opportunity to learn new technologies that MARKET REQUIRED you will learn dump companies framework. 4)Horrible work/salary policies. 5)can't expect salary increment (pet guys do..) 6)work on their tool/frame-work, which has 'zero' value in market. 7)No other compesation if work on Saturday. 8)Increment is on company's aniversary and not on you 1YR. COMPLETION NOR IN APRIL 9)Huge variable pay out of which 70 -60% is cut down giving so many silly reasons...Read More
