Organization is good for working but it has separate PD and production departments. Salary benefit is good though. .

Job is not really secure, promotion depends upon team to team not everyone with their experience and calibre got that opportunity. Senior team mostly have their favourites. You can't travel if you're merchandiser/sr. Merchant position often.

The new HR entries are puppies to managers can not stand , take / follow HR protocol guidelines set by the company. Some mangers have seniors backing and taking company and employees for granted and misguide and lead the junior staff for their selfish motives .
