it's okay when you are starting your career

Dislikes

management needs to groom, should learn lots, mainly they have lack of knowledge, how to balance healthy working environment. they have more focus on micromanagement. But it's okay to start your career. Stay there for 1 or 1.5 years, make yourself introduce to industry culture, etc. Better to leave within 8 months.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
