Great scope for learning new technology. Scope for on site travel. Good hikes as per market standards. Team connects and team lunchs.

Non technical managers. Less employment benifit. Huge internal politics. No medical leaves in case of emergency. My last manager called several times at 11pm for review and asks update in morning. Saturday and sunday working. Less utilization of skilled resource. No career growth. If you are assigned to a project you have to be in that project till end. Work culture has changed recently, HR asking employees to come to office 4 times a week at least. Although some team has relaxation but in future I think this would change. I'd love to see offi ial notica for allowing people to work remotely for those who don't have any office dependency
