LDF is one of organization, which believe in to bring a holistic social change among poor people of the rural society. Since, working from more than 4.5 years in this organization, i would like to tell all the working environment and approach of LDF is good. Apart from that, also would like to share the management is transparent as well as all the teammates are in supportive nature. Dislikes

Salary pay scale is good but career growth is slow. As per the potential amd experience of the field staff will get promoted but there are no changes in their job profile/responsibilities.

Work Details

My 4.5 years work life at LDF is quite good amd interesting to learnt public private partnership module with government programmes in different States (Rajasthan & Haryana).

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
