There should be only dislike, the company will suck your entire work life balance. They will treat you as a horse in a stable. SOP gets a change on weekly basis. Incentive policy will change once they will find that they are earning profits. Lots and lots of SOP for store employees, HR will misguide you when you are on interview process with lots of lucrative benefits which never exist. Your senior will threat you like if your are not following weekly changing Policies co. Will terminate you. Company is a big showoff for customers, but internally they are sucking life of store employees, senior managers will go with fraudulent of transactions here and junior will pay the consequences for the same. FNF takes 60 days after your notice period transition seriously. And once you resigned, the IT an other approval team will try to walk on loop holes where they can deduct your FNF amount. Please it's my request don't go for this company. The company was created for good, but team inside are sucking everything....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
