People Function Leadership Management : Oversee all aspects of the people function for a team of 50+ staff, leading and managing teams across Japan and APAC countries to drive a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
Organizational Effectiveness Talent Retention : Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Group People function, CEO, and CPO, to assess and enhance organizational effectiveness, structure, and culture while driving progressive people practices to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
