🦻👎👎👎👊 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10. Lenskart is very bad organization nobody can live here without depression..here is so many types of depression, stress like maintain Balance score card,Net promoter score, Optometrist is not in Lenskart here's everyone is salesman. Optometrist has no respect, salesman has much more opportunities...

Vey disappointed from lenskart . He doesn't any care of employees incentevises also cut by the company. No leaves provided by company .The average work period in lenskart only 6 month. No job secure and misbehave by the area managers. No national holiday also not provide compensate leaves 😢 I recommend to doesn't join the lenskart in any circumstances.

They have a lively, fast-paced environment where one can grow and be creative. The teamwork is good.

Dislikes

The company isn't very true to the fact of giving proper feedback to the employee but just ask them to leave without any constructive performance feedback or anything. A feedback from the seniors or other peers is very important for ones growth along with the teams growth as well.

This is pathetic organization to work always try to cut the salary Has not given any benefit in covid time all employees were at stores then after they have not paid full salary deducted 20% salary in tuff time . CEO Piyush Bansal making money but employees are not at all happy very long shifts timing

Management is worst for growth and not great I resign in end I work from last 3 yrs I handle the store and given growth as well my dream was to become manager but they didn't promote me so heartbreak I have a daughter I wanted to become the manager for her I cried like a baby when I hear this news that they failed me.
