Interacting with teammates whom I had hand-picked and taken under me was the only best part of this organization. Also maybe charging my phone or using the chair.

Oh god, there are so many, to begin with : This is commonly known that this business is a scam that takes money from students and aspirational youth and then makes them fool and the benefits are taken to the owner who is earning. 1. The owner gets angry at any moment and has no sense to talk to employees he assumes we are his servants. Many have left this organization because of this. 2. Attitude issue, the owner is partial and also biased, and most importantly he has no time to approve anything nor to check any communication groups yet he gets frustrated and shows he owns us. 3. The owner is stupid and dumb, WHY? unknown ppl will come and convince him of stupid pitches and he willingly pays but if any internal team suggests and gives feedback he will not take it at all. 4. Fale advertisement, a fake course which he is in the courses recorded in a sports jersey my god who does that and fake promises, look at YT channels full of negative reviews. 5. The only good thing is payment is on time no matter what. 6. Hire and fire policy so choose wisely where to land. 7. The HR is a college student who has put her lover in the same office and roams around with her around the premises of the office and the owner has no idea or he does maybe he likes it. The HR has no knowledge at all of what needs to be done he is just a puppet of the owner and her lover. Lolz 8. No PF, NO ESCI nothing all in in hand, and mind you increment is always delayed as per his wants. The appointment letter was given to us after 1.5 years. My advise don't go with his sweet talks, he might look and show his sophistication but at the end when you start working for him then you will beg to be out of the mess....Read More
