company is worst neve ever join it .It'll spoil ur resume-career 1. company CTO forces developer to developer jon as well as testing (QA) jobs. 2. CTO & project manger are very bad behaviour wise & work wise , .toxic work culture .they forces developer to do testing like QA in depth . they don't know developer & QAtester are two different job 3. Without any formal notice & without any formal email they verbally via HR passes that you are fired from job. Sometime without any valid reason. Even though employee is performing good .They hire & fire rapidly & plays with employee career especially CTO . 4. no agile methodology nothing to work properly .they simply use mantis open source bug list .There is no tester to create & test the bug. All the work of test QA developer has to do . 5. They often even compel one to work on Saturday & Sunday . 6. HR is powerless acts & say whatever CTO commands. Never ever join this company . It'll spoil ur career /resume . Usually, each month they fire min. 1-2 employee without a second thought....Read More
