We regret to hear that your experience with our leave policy, exit process, and workplace facilities did not meet your expectations. We aim to foster a supportive and comfortable environment for our team and are constantly aiming to improve that. Regarding our exit process, it's important to note that we make decisions with a heavy focus on our core values and the overall betterment of both our team and the service we provide to our customers. In the rare instances where these values are not met, we may have to make difficult decisions. However, we ensure that every team member is treated with respect and is provided adequate support during their transition, including assistance in finding new opportunities. We're constantly working to enhance our employee-friendly policies and ensure that our workplace is a positive and healthy environment for everyone.
