Regarding our exit process, it's important to note that we make decisions with a heavy focus on our core values and the overall betterment of both our team and the service we provide to our customers. In the rare instances where these values are not met, we may have to make difficult decisions. However, we ensure that every team member is treated with respect and is provided adequate support during their transition, including assistance in finding new opportunities.
