Dislikes

Everything. They just fire you like you are not worth it. And then they blame you for not selling the products... however they never taught how to do that. They just put pressure on you. And the whole environment is so so bad. I didn't liked it all. I worked for 28 days.. selled around 8 products the salary was to be 15000... but they only paid me 3000.

I like their talent of being stupid and non sense at the same time.

Dislikes

They dump salaries and incentives. Highest level of mental harrasment. No increments or appraisals. 12 months 24×7 hiring and firing .

Got chance to learn and get some work experience.

Dislikes

Had to work for more than 11 hours, working environment was very bad, they said i would get paid 15k salary but they only gave me 7k and they never picked up phone again.

Nothing good about it. They just fire you like a toast anytime . My form 16 still show rs 53000 on my name but nt given to me guess what i withdraw the tds amount for that amount which was not given to me. Do not join the bunch of jerks unless you are a khatron ke khiladi.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
