Healthy Payscale & accomodation given is good. Some seniors are cooperative & work field and scheduling and maintaining of work management is excellent.

Dislikes

Work balance is very poor. There is no such timings in site project & toxic environment is created when you can't meet the deadlines and very much pressure is given by project management which isn't worth at all.
