I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

This is a consulting company having only less number of clients and the peoples(employees) inside company will be in bench for atleast 6 to 12 months and the salary also be like 12k to 15k if the company didn’t get any leads of project , the bench employee will be laid off immediately and also those who are working in projects (i.eSAP LABS , NTT DATA) they are freshers internally but for clients they will push you as an 5 years experience and the employees will be stressed completely and also salary for fresher they will provide around 30k to 35k, but the consulting company (ladera technology) will take around 3 to 4lakh per month profit and gives employee only 30k or max 40k.
