In laborate pharma working culture is very bad in laborate 31 nariwala because of packing officer Lalita in new tablet. She don't know anything about pharmaceutical industry as well as not able to write his own name this is bad thing thing about laborate also she doesn't deserve that post

The working culture of Laboratory Pharmaceuticals 31 Nariwala, Paonta Sahib is very bad. Because in the new tablet section, there is a supervisor named Lalita who does not even know how to write her name and she has been given the post of supervisor because she has fallen in love with General Manager Sunil Vahsist and he is madly in love with her. And she keeps on spoiling the environment of the whole section. His behavior makes even the manager cry. How many people has she fired from her job. She doesn't deserve that post at all....Read More

Every Employee find their own likes and dislikes at work. Hence, i'm not apart. My Team Leader is a very good person, i like working under him. Also can be said about my Reporting senior. Both are great, kind and sensible man.. a good leader & senior by example.
