The working culture of Laboratory Pharmaceuticals 31 Nariwala, Paonta Sahib is very bad. Because in the new tablet section, there is a supervisor named Lalita who does not even know how to write her name and she has been given the post of supervisor because she has fallen in love with General Manager Sunil Vahsist and he is madly in love with her. And she keeps on spoiling the environment of the whole section. His behavior makes even the manager cry. How many people has she fired from her job. She doesn't deserve that post at all....Read More

Poor place to learn skills.... In one word worst! -Also the microbiology section is low grade.😠😠😠😠😠😠👎👎👎👎👎👎 -No aseptic conditions maintained. -there is no way of talking to their employees. -Staff members are haughty. Please don't waste your time there....

Dislikes

There is no right environment to work here, where the managers don't even talk properly. The policy of HR department is completely out of place here. Even after giving the resignation and completing the notice period, they neither give the documents nor give the flowers and final.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
