Good work environment and culture. Team mates are supportive. The best place to start your career. You get to learn and improve your skills. Best place for R&D.

There is no dislike as such about the company. Since it is a start-up, some people might feel the work pressure and the work load is more.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. In the beginning I faced a little struggle as I was a fresher to development. I started in testing and now I'm working as a developer. I have improved my programming skills and my communication skills.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
