Earlier, the management was too good till 2021.

Since 2021 it is deteriorating and some manager biased for ex-employers colleagues or subordinates. Close group is generated by HO and focus is for the close group members growth and development only.

What I like about this company is the opportunities it provides for growth in various areas. The company policies are very close to the target of the individual persons. However, the work satisfactions come as the company takes care of the need of individuals, just there is a requirement of close monitoring. The company gives you job security and great chance's to learn during the entire tenure.

Dislikes

Management must periodically review the loopholes that are occurring as a result of some individuals in organizations, creating a negative environment and deteriorating the company name in the market. The company runs on the ability of Good Employees, which must be protected. Because of the nature of some people in organizations, the company is losing gems, which must be cared for and reviewed at regular intervals by top management. Work Details

My work at L&T was like a roller coaster as I got 4 transfers in 4 years of my career. Furthermore, it was a good learning experience. There were many ups and downs but the company should work on providing work-life balance to the employees.

Everyone who works here enjoys their position and the job assigned to them because we're vetted to do exactly what we love to do. L&T Power & Transmission actively encourage and propagate the idea of employee appreciation and engagement. Personally, my favorite aspect is the open communication we have between all employees and the management over the time.

Dislikes

Being adaptive and growth oriented in nature, I rarely find any reason to dislike about my company. still if i have to pick, i would say over working. It shouldn't become the expectation from the employees to work while they are on vacations resulting a difficulty in balancing our work & socio life.
