Management systems and policies are very good and effectively maintained. Learning and development is one main key factor that L&T focus on for the development of Employee and mutually for the growth of the Organization. On time salary for Employees and good work environment.

Dislikes

Recognition is one thing missing here. Appropriate benefits are not availed on time and Employee essential needs are not identifiied, considered and no periodical interaction with Employees to know their Job satisfaction after joining.

Mostly the Appriasal for staff is being done in a transparent and professional manner, but in few cases partiality is shown to certain staff by boosting their acheivements intentionally and elevating to next level. Once in 3-4 years, Roles, Responsibility and reporting shall be changed for better oppurtunity to all.
