Earlier, the management was too good till 2021.

Dislikes

Since 2021 it is deteriorating and some manager biased for ex-employers colleagues or subordinates. Close group is generated by HO and focus is for the close group members growth and development only.

Everyone who works here enjoys their position and the job assigned to them because we're vetted to do exactly what we love to do. L&T Power & Transmission actively encourage and propagate the idea of employee appreciation and engagement. Personally, my favorite aspect is the open communication we have between all employees and the management over the time.

Dislikes

Being adaptive and growth oriented in nature, I rarely find any reason to dislike about my company. still if i have to pick, i would say over working. It shouldn't become the expectation from the employees to work while they are on vacations resulting a difficulty in balancing our work & socio life.
