For the appraisal they are not considered the work which we have done. This year appraisal cycle they have changed to November and not given the aerials for last 6 months. Very bad management and HR policies which are not followed by them itself.

Almost everything. The management does anything without proper notice/ half information. Appraisal meetings and actual ratings differ. Salary is very low. You are expected to work for both client and parent company with half salaries . If you are at client location or captive project , you are gone.
