A good work culture, support from all departments,quick response from seniors to resolve any work related issue,direct interaction with each and every individual staffs from higher management, regular motivation to each staff for smooth running of work, target oriented atmosphere.

Dislikes

At some cases personal ego of project site top management staff demotivate and break down enthusiasm of some sincere and hard working staffs which is not good for the benefit of organisation also effect reputation of organisation.And a number of staffs bounds to leave organisation only due to wrongly treatment of project incharge.

Silent hard workers who works day n night are never get highlighted, Pay and compensation for permanent employees are growing at snails pace for last few years whereas present industry avrg. is much higher.
