If you want work life balance then please do not come. Company culture is of labour class. HR and management is useless , they won't lift your call nor they want to hear from ground team. Deduction from CTC is very high for Onrole employee. Sunday is also a working day, with average work duration of 14 to 15 hrs per day.

Work culture is good but most depends on interpersonal skills with your peers and Boss. Mistakes are allowed but intent should be to learn from mistakes. Learn so much about new technologies equipment like Bridge Gantry, Straddle Carrier etc.
