There is plenty of opportunity to learn core engineering and amazing construction technologies. Pay scale is very good (only if u are getting good appraisals).

Work Pressure is very high, forget Work-life balance. you are required to be at site a minimum of 12 hrs you cant go 10 mins early but you are required to stay additional 2 -3 hrs or whatever when it is required, there is no limit to it.Work environment is purely dependent upon your boss.

Site administration was not good compared to previous sites, basic facilities like Food was not good & not healthy, no one from administration management taking care about Staff health interms of providing basic Facility etc.
