Job Security is not there HR forces the employees to give volunteer resignation, if not into project or if project got over, there are no new upcoming projects , existing projects are of short duration . work pressure is high ,employees are treated very badly by the project manager, no career growth or learning , they will continuously keep on changing the resources between the teams for 1 week , 2 week duration projects in frontend and other poc projects. very poor management , shouldn't expect salary during notice period . one of the worst company i have ever seen, Don't join here by hearing the words spoken HR about salary benefits , joining bonus, etc. Not a good place to work for experience professional, In recent times i came to know even the third party vendor consultancies who recruit candidates are not recommending this organization...Read More

Kumaran is just a mediator between you and client. They just hire employees and handover to client. Now it's all on client mercy that your work life going to be. They works as per their convenience, they don't follow any process, toxic environment, no job satisfaction etc.

No Knowledge development. You cannot learn any new tools and techniques. Wasting time in the same applications. In Banking domain you will not get any opportunity to improve yourself.
