If you have self respect then definitely you will not appreciate the work culture in Recruitment team, Whereas if you do not care about your self respect and mental health you can definitely join here Do not expect support from Recruitment Team or collaegues You have to behave fake in order to impress your team and managers or else you might be fired They beilive in hire and fire some of my colleagues got fired within 1 month only Internal politics is a blessing Upper management like the HR managers and Sr ones don't have ethics to speak Only in the begining when you join all sweet words you can hear later things will change...
