Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. 1.Rakesh and Satendra working as Senior Heads are not able to promote good culture. I found them not , they are not adding much output to Ksolves like brining new client / In-house projects. That’s why many good quality resource either terminated from Ksolves or left. 2.They can terminate you any time. 3.HR shows the worst side of company face.
