▪️Very good work culture ▪️All colleague are co-operative ▪️Good work life ▪️Dont have to take permission while taking leave ▪️Managers are to supportive ▪️ Flexible working hours ▪️Ideal organisation for women they dont have to switch any where a one she join here ▪️ Get a chance as easrly as possible to have Germany training and many more

Its a long list lets talk one by one ▪️ Sign bonds and be a part of KSB tech for life time. ▪️ Dependancy CPQ and other software which are worst part because u have to work on their old softwares only and always do developement around the same world. Its much more similar to that FROG IN WELL ▪️ Always managers ask to go Germany fortraining and for that u have to do forcefully bond of amount appox. 400k of 2yrs. But the point is if u are a fresher and joined as a trainee then u have already signed bond which have 1 yr of training. It just like a slave that have to sign bond other wise management will react in other cheap ways i dont have to explain politics here. ▪️If u signed bond and went to Germany then real story starts here - U will get only 33 to 35£ per day means total per month 1050£ along with ur salary this situation like a begger (my suggestion is to compare this compansation with any of low lowest level worker in Germany who is working for 8hr day) - accomodation provided by company but u have to cook ur own food if u have to servive till ur training period ▪️ Senior or higher level person dont have that much knowledge of IT .They only knows mechanical part. If we see from point of view of IT they were just lagging in all technology. ▪️ If u denied to sign bond then our some or colleague faces problem while resigning. ▪️If u are expecting good salary then ur at worng place in IT infra team they gives food compansation not upto the mark but quite good enough so u feel I'm permanent employee and i get good salary compansation with job safety.
