Company is very flexible with work timings. All the projects are led directly by the Technical Architect which leaves a lot of room to learn. Employees are very helpful and friendly. The offices are extremely spacious and comfortable, comes handy when you work for extended periods of time. The higher management is great and has good vision for the company and its employees.

Dislikes

Most of the projects are service based hence the employees have to follow client calendars. No overtime, no extra pay or complimentary off if you have worked on weekends. No hierarchy in the organization. There is no middle level management in the company hence all matters are dealt directly with the directors of the company. The salary structures and appraisal cycles are extremely horrible.
